Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum/Pitch Talks VIP fundraising event – new guest added!

We are excited to announce that Toronto Blue Jays broadcaster Kevin Barker will be joining the joint Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum/Pitch Talks fundraising event taking place on June 14, 2018 to kick-off induction weekend.

Kevin Barker is a retired Major League Baseball player, currently working as a Sportsnet broadcaster for the Toronto Blue Jays. During his 10-year MLB career, Barker played first base for the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jays, and Cincinnati Reds.

At the event, guests will enjoy food, drinks and a VIP meet & greet session with Blue Jays broadcaster Dan Shulman and the 2018 Inductees; Pedro Martinez, Lloyd Moseby and Bill Humber from 6-7pm. Attendees can also mingle with Hall of Famers Fergie Jenkins, Ron Taylor, Howard Starkman and Murray Cook, plus Tim Leiper and Kevin Barker. More guests to be confirmed.

Following the meet & greet will be a Pitch Talks with the inductees, and a panel with Blue Jays 1st base coach and Hall of Famer Tim Leiper, Kevin Barker and other guests to be announced shortly.

Tickets for the full fundraising event are $125 and include food, drinks, the VIP experience and a partial tax receipt. Also available are $25 tickets for Pitch Talks show, starting at 7:00 p.m. (*Please note a tax receipt will not be issued for the $25 ticket.)

The event takes place on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at The Rec Room (255 Bremner Blvd. Toronto). Both ticket options can be purchased here:
