BALL HALL OFFERS FREE “ST. MARYS” DAY

Submitted by on Wednesday, 2 June 2010

The museum at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame will be opening its doors for FREE to St. Marys residents on Friday, June 4th from 10:30am until 8:00pm. Located at 386 Church St. South, the Ball Hall welcomes all of our community to come and receive a museum tour, walk around the beautiful three-diamond baseball complex. We’ll even have a complimentary hot dog for you! This is the perfect opportunity for you to visit the Hall of Fame if you haven’t had a chance in the past. Come learn about Canada’s rich baseball heritage, as well as the future, and tune into the 400+ events that we have planned for this summer.

“Just like the Stratford Festival, many locals don’t come to enjoy it unless perhaps they have an out-of-town visitor,” said Ball Hall president & CEO Tom Valcke.

”We’ve had wonderful support through donations and volunteerism, and this is just one day to say thank you, as well as enable those who aren’t familiar with us to get caught up at no cost.”
