Rob Thomson (Corunna, ON) is the only Canadian left on the field as the first round comes to an end tonight. Both Joey Votto’s Cincinnati Reds and Jesse Crain’s Minnesota Twins made quick exits from the playoffs. Rob will continue to coach 1st base for the Yankees as they take on the winner of the Texas/TampaBay game tonight.
