This award is presented to a member of the media who has made significant contributions to baseball in Canada through their life&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<p>The Jack Graney Award has been handed out 17 times since 1987. Legendary Montreal baseball writer Serge Touchette was the most recent winner in 2015. Larry Walker (Maple Ridge, B.C.) won the award a record nine times during his career. Other players have also won the award three of more\u00a0times: Etobicoke, Ont., native Joey Votto is a five-time winner, while Justin Morneau (New Westminster, B.C.) and Jason Bay (Trail, B.C) have been honoured three times each.
