Three Canadian pitchers with great potential, but also injuries in their past are free agents this off season. Erik Bedard, who finished the season with Boston and compiled a 3.64ERA over 24 starts, while Jeff Francis pitched a complete season of 34 starts, but struggled with a 4.82ERA and Rich Harden who started only 15 games are all eligible to test the free agent market this off season.
