Congratulations to this week’s Team of the Week: The 8U London Talons!
The season which the 8U Talons have put together can be summed up in one word: DOMINANT!
This team has put all of their talent and fierce competitive spirit on full display in every game they’ve played, both in regular season play and in tournament competition. They’ve left it all on the field time and time again, and as a result, they have stacked up the wins.
Throughout the regular season, the Talons brought home an incredible 27-2-1 record. And after all this winning, they wanted more, taking it to the bigger AAA teams and securing even more victories. Oh, and did we mention tournament play? The 8U London Talons are two-time tournament champions this season, possessing an 11-0 record. In every game, the Talons mercied their opponents in five innings or less. Like we said… dominant! The Talons wrapped up their season as the 8U A OBA Champs.
Consider this a warning to all Talons opponents… if you see these London ballplayers coming, you better bring your absolute best, because that’s what the Talons do in every single game.
