Equipment and Artifact Donations
The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum relies on your donations to continue to provide a vibrant and meaningful home for Canada’s rich baseball history. We are happy to consider all contributions, but the following types of donations are particularly helpful:
We are always looking for display cases, office equipment, shelving and storage materials to help promote and preserve our vast collection.
We actively covet artifacts associated with Canada’s baseball history. These gifts are essential to the growth and educational potential of the museum. Thanks to past donations, our museum boasts an outstanding collection that has brought baseball fans from all over the world to our site.
We recognize, however, that there are still great baseball stories that should be acknowledged in our museum. With this in mind, we welcome artifact donations from the general public, fans, historians and amateur and professional baseball organizations.
If you own something you believe is an important part of Canadian baseball history, the Hall of Fame would like to hear from you. Please be sure to submit the following information:
1. A photograph of the object
2. A brief description of the piece, including dimensions
3. All available information on the age and origin of the object
4. Donor’s name, address and phone number
5. Any other information about the history of the object
Although we are prohibited from providing appraisals, donations may be tax deductible to the extent of the full fair market value.
