Justin Morneau used this bat on June 6th, 2011, in his 1000th Major League Baseball career game. The bat was collected by Will Jenks, the Visiting Clubhouse Manager for Minnesota Twins, and it was later donated to the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

Justin Morneau is a Canadian former professional baseball player, born in New Westminster, British Columbia. Morneau played in the MLB from 2003-2016, for the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies, and Chicago White Sox. Morneau is a four-time All-Star, was the American League MVP in 2006, and won the Silver Slugger Award in 2006 and 2008. Justin Morneau was elected to the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2020.
