Russell Martin is a Canadian professional baseball player from East York, ON. Martin has appeared in 14 MLB seasons from 2006 to 2019, appearing in 1693 games and tallying 191 home runs with a career .349 on-base percentage, 101 stolen bases and 771 RBI. Martin is a 4 time all-star and one time Gold Glove and Silver Slugger award winner. Martin played for the Blue Jays from 2015 through 2018, earning an All-Star selection in 2015 when he hit 23 home runs, and drove in 77 runs to help spearhead the Blue Jays return to the postseason for the first time since their World Series Championship in 1993.
