Ryan Dempster is a Canadian former professional baseball pitcher from Gibsons, British Columbia. Dempster played in the MLB from 1998 until 2013. He was a two-time All-Star in both 2000 and 2008, and a World Series Champion in 2013. He won the Tip O’Neill Award in 2000 and was inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2019.
