11U T1 Cambridge Cubs
Congratulations to this week’s Team of the Week: The 11U T1 Cambridge Cubs!
The Cubs have been nominated for Team of the Week because they embody all of the ideals that we look for: they demonstrate talent and sportsmanship on the field, and they support one another off the field as well.
Recently, the Cubs showed off their on-field skills when they took home gold at the Toyota Tyke Championship in front of a hometown crowd! However, what sets this team apart is their camaraderie and sportsmanship. According to their nomination, “This team is a brotherhood. They have each other’s backs, they cheer each other on and they pick their team mates up when they are down… it feels more like a family.”
The Cubs team has found their formula for success in their bond as a unit, and now are tallying up the wins as a result.
Congratulations, to the 11U T1 Cambridge Cubs, and good luck as your season continues! You are this week’s Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame Team of the Week!
