Vince Horsman is a Canadian former professional baseball pitcher from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He pitched for six seasons in Major League Baseball, from 1991-1995. Horsman was a pitcher for the Oakland Athletics from 1992-1994. Since 2009, Horsman has been a pitching coach for the Toronto Blue Jays minor league affiliates. He was inducted into the Nova Scotia Sports Hall of Fame in 2012.
