This base was used in the Toronto Blue Jays final game of the 2021 season, on October 3, 2021. The Blue Jays beat the Baltimore Orioles 12-4, to finish their season with 91 wins. Going into this game, the Blue Jays both needed to win, and needed either the New York Yankees or the Boston Red Sox to lose their own games, in order to force a tiebreaker game for a Wild Card spot in the Postseason. Unfortunately, despite their win, the Blue Jays lost out on the chance for a Wild Card spot as the Red Sox and the Yankees both won their final games of the season.
